Charges for direct consultations are non-refundable. These charges are solely for the consultation service and do not include any medicines, which are charged separately based on the patient’s requirement
All charges for online consultation services at Dr Rana’s Medical Hall are required to be paid in advance. Please note, that these charges are exclusive of any costs associated with medicines that may be prescribed following your consultation.
Payments are refundable if a cancellation request is made within 2 hours of the payment being sent. After this 2-hour window, payments will not be refunded regardless of the outcome of the consultation. Please note, that refunds can only be processed to bank accounts within India. We advise our patients to ensure that they provide an eligible Indian bank account for such transactions.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled date and time for online consultations may require adjustment. In such instances, Dr Rana’s Medical Hall is committed to promptly rescheduling the appointment, ideally to the following day. While consultation charges are non-refundable in these situations, we ensure that every effort will be made to accommodate the convenience of our patients. We kindly request patients to be flexible with changes to their scheduled consultation date and time.
Medicines will only be dispatched for delivery once full payment has been received by Dr. Rana’s Medical Hall. The client should ensure the prompt transfer of payment to avoid any delay in dispatching the medicines.
Medication Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Patients have the flexibility to cancel their medication order within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing it, and a full refund will be issued. However, it is important to note that if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund. We encourage patients to review their orders carefully and make any cancellations within the specified timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund. Please note, that refunds can only be processed to bank accounts within India. We advise our patients to ensure that they provide an eligible Indian bank account for such transactions.
Medicine Delivery Charges
The delivery charges for medicines are incurred by the patient. The amount for delivery will be duly communicated at the time of purchase and must be paid in advance along with the payment for the medicines.
Dispatch and Delivery
Dr Rana’s Medical Hall is committed to dispatching medicines as soon as possible, aiming for the earliest possible delivery to the patient’s desired location. But the clinic is in no way responsible for any delay caused by reasons that are out of our purview.

We kindly ask you to confirm that your delivery address falls within our global service areas before finalizing your order. Please be aware that some countries may have specific customs restrictions on medications. If medicines dispatched to an international location are not delivered due to local customs restrictions or other regulatory challenges, resulting in the loss of the original shipment, Dr Rana’s Medical Hall will dispatch a new set of medicines to an alternate address within India. This gesture, made at no additional cost for the medicines, underscores our dedication to patient care. However, it is the responsibility of the patient to cover the delivery charges for this new shipment. This policy reflects our commitment to ensuring our patients receive their essential medications, even in the face of unforeseen international shipping barriers.
Patients have the option to track their medicine deliveries. Tracking information will be provided once the medicines are dispatched, allowing patients to monitor the delivery status.
